Upon completion of a caste, certification, or rank change plan, it is the responsibleness of the candidate to submit the appropriate certification paperwork to the Certification Role. Certification is provided for the state of Kentucky through the Education Professional Standards Board (EPSB), however, certification tin transfer to all states through reciprocity.
